Consultation
Our journey begins with a comprehensive discussion, including your book's genre, target audience, and your personal design preferences. This is where we establish the creative direction for your project. I then create a proposal for you, and, once your non-refundable down payment is paid, I begin work.
2.
Concept Development
Drawing upon my expertise and knowledge of the industry, I'll create initial design concepts and share them with you. Your feedback and input are essential during this stage, allowing us to refine the direction and bring your vision to life.
3.
Corrections
& Refinement
Working off proof copies (both digital and print), we'll work together to ensure your book meets production standards and is to your satisfaction. There are always corrections to be made in this stage, so don’t be discouraged if it takes a few go-rounds to get it just right!
4.
Finalization
& Production
Once we've refined the design to your satisfaction, I’ll prepare a package of the agreed-upon files for you, including the remainder of your invoice. Once the invoice is paid in full, I’ll release the files to you.

For authors who prefer a more hands-off approach, you can trust us to execute the design based on our extensive experience. We'll still ensure your vision is respected, but you can focus on other aspects of your book's publication.
